Our standard cart requires approximately 8x8 feet of floor space, including the barista work area. We can accommodate tighter setups depending on your booth layout, so reach out and we'll work with your floor plan.
Can you do multi-day trade show events?
Absolutely. Multi-day support is available. We'll coordinate logistics, equipment storage, and staffing across all event days so you don't have to manage any of it.
What's the booking lead time for trade shows?
For standard booth service, 1–2 weeks is typically enough. For booths with custom branding (cart wrap, logo cups, latte printing), we recommend 3–4 weeks to allow production time. Reach out early! Trade show dates fill up fast.
Do you handle high-volume service at busy expos?
