How Many Coffee Carts Will You Need?
50 Attendees
Two coffee carts, providing unlimited coffee service for multiple days during breaks between conference sessions. Our goal is to serve everyone in a timely manner, and with the highest quality of service.
100 Attendees
Three coffee carts will be necessary to serve 100 attendees in a timely manner, and maintain the quality coffee experience your attendees deserve.
150+ Attendees
Four coffee carts, or more, would be required to serve all 150 guests at your multi-day conference. You can add additional carts based on number of attendees and the length of the breaks between sessions. Contact us to know more about our conference coffee services!
