  2. You will be provided with a quote customized for your event’s needs.

  3. To secure a coffee cart for your event, pay a 50% deposit and lock in your date.

  4. You will be assigned a personal event coordinator who will go over logistics and request graphics for custom branding.

  5. 1 week before, get ready for your event and pay the remaining 50% deposit.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard corporate events. For events requiring custom branding — cups, cart wraps, or latte art — we recommend 3–4 weeks to allow time for production. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Do you handle setup and breakdown?

Yes — full setup and cleanup is always included. We arrive early to set up before your event begins and handle all breakdown and cleanup afterward. You won't need to coordinate anything on the day of.

Do you serve outside Orange County?

Yes. We serve Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego as our primary service areas. We also travel for larger events and multi-day activations beyond Southern California — reach out and we'll confirm logistics.

How many guests can you serve?

We've served events from 20 guests to several hundred. For larger events, we can deploy multiple carts and baristas to keep service moving efficiently. Let us know your guest count when requesting a quote and we'll recommend the right setup.

Can we customize the drinks menu for our event?

Absolutely. We can build a custom menu with signature drink names, seasonal flavors, or specific offerings that align with your event theme or brand. Just let us know when requesting your quote.
